Autel announces global launch of MaxiCharger DC Compact

Autel, a China-based producer of automotive diagnostics systems and electronic components, has introduced a new portable EV charger, the MaxiCharger DC Compact. It provides up to 40 kW of power in the US version and 47 kW in the European version, and can charge two vehicles simultaneously with dynamic power distribution.

The MaxiCharger features a 21.5-inch touchscreen for user-friendly interaction as well as advertising capability. It offers compatibility across an array of charging cables, connectivity types and payment methods and can be wall-mounted or positioned on a pedestal or wheels.

Autel is promoting the charger as an economical option for quick top-ups and for slower overnight charging of commercial fleet vehicles.
