Kramer-Werke, a manufacturer of compact construction machines (and a unit of Munich-based Wacker Neuson Group), proclaiming that it is “time for clean air,” showed off its new 5065e electric wheel loader at the recent IFAT trade show in Munich.
The 5065e features a 96-volt lithium-ion battery. It was created for inner city work and is designed to offer very quiet operation. It is also suitable for use indoors and at locations such as parks and zoos.
The battery-electric wheel loader can operate for four hours on a single charge, and has four charging plug options.
