Paua, a UK-based EV charging network for fleets, has partnered with charging solution provider Milence. Paua will integrate Milence’s high-power charging sites for electric trucks into its network, allowing fleet customers to gain access to Milence’s strategically-located charging hubs using Paua’s charging platform.
Paua’s EV fleet charging platform provides seamless access to a UK-wide network of charge points, and simplifies EV charging management by offering transparent pricing, consolidated billing and real-time charging data.
Milence, a joint venture of Daimler Truck, TRATON and Volvo, operates 16 charging locations across Europe, all dedicated to truck charging, and all powered by 100% renewable energy. The company currently has one operational site in the UK, at Immingham, which features four 400 kW CCS chargers powering eight charging bays. Milence has set a goal of establishing 1,700 public charging points by 2027.
“By bringing electric truck charging into our platform, we are making it easier than ever for businesses to transition to zero-emission transport,” said Niall Riddell, CEO and co-founder of Paua.
