Roam expands EV charging network at a major London residential development

UK EV charging provider Roam Charging has partnered with UK property management company RMG to install 117 fast-charging points at Beaufort Park, an RMG-managed 25-acre residential development in northwest London.

The project augments Roam’s residential network at such sites as Battersea Power Station, West End Quay and Wimbledon Stadia.

After an extensive site survey, Roam custom-designed the Beaufort Park charging infrastructure, which was installed at a cost of £465,000. The project includes 56 active and 61 passive 22 kW fast-charging sockets placed to maximize resident accessibility and usage. It also provides for ongoing management, maintenance and technology upgrades throughout the length of the partnership.

“Our partnership with RMG at Beaufort Park demonstrates how property management companies can embrace sustainable innovation while enhancing residents’ daily lives,” said Roam CEO James Randall.
