UK smart home energy technology manufacturer myenergi has formed a new partnership with utility company OVO Energy.
OVO Energy will offer myenergi’s range of zappi EV chargers to its customers at a discounted rate. OVO’s Charge Anytime tariff is available as an add-on for new or existing OVO customers to provide access to cheaper charging.
Both the original series zappi and the recently-launched zappi GLO form part of myenergi’s home energy management system, an integrated network of eco-smart products that helps households control their energy use.
“OVO is committed to accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and this partnership will help do just that—by extending affordable charging to more customers than ever before. This is good news for EV drivers,” said OVO’s Director of EV, Alex Thwaites.
