The National Association of Counties (NACo), through its Public Promise Procurement (PPP) cooperative purchasing program, has awarded Lilypad EV a national contract for EV charging equipment and related services.
The cooperative contract simplifies the procurement process, ensuring that public agencies can acquire EV solutions at competitively bid pricing by satisfying lengthy RFP processes.
“This national contract with Lilypad EV is a single-award contract,” said NACo PPP Managing Director Paul Terragno. “It provides public agencies with a trusted, competitively bid pathway to build and maintain EV charging infrastructure that meets the needs of both government fleets and the communities they serve.”

Under the contract, Lilypad EV will provide public agencies with an array of comprehensive and turnkey solutions: Level 2 charging stations, DC fast charging stations, accessories (pedestals, cable management kits, mounting hardware, universal connectors), software and cloud services, along with installation, commissioning, consulting, project management, maintenance and operations, and training.
“As the lead public agency, Broome County is proud to support a contract that will help governments nationwide deploy EV charging infrastructure more efficiently and cost-effectively,” said Carolyn Secor, Purchasing Agent for Broome County, New York. “This partnership helps ensure that local governments have access to reliable solutions without the burden of conducting their own solicitations.”
